Application for Admission
Please come to school submit the application form with the following documents in person Or complete the application procedure in our school website.

- A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate (or other proof of residence).
- A copy of the applicant’s immunization record.
- Two long envelopes (Please fill in the address and paste a $2.2 stamp on each of the envelop).
- The applicant’s recent photo.
- Registration fee $40.
- Payment method: Please paid to our HSBC account 070-7-00251 “Shum Shui Po Baptist Church Kindergarten and submit the bank slip in the application system.
- Proof of address.
Office Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm), Saturday (9:00m to 1:00pm)
Admission Criteria:
- The school will arrange interviews for all applicants.
- Interview performance
- The applicant with sibling(s) currently studying in the kindergarten will be given due priority consideration.
- The applicant from families in need will be given due priority consideration when applying for whole day classes.
- We provided equal opportunities for all children in admission (regardless of their race, gender or ability).
Interview for new students (Children are accompanied by parents for group activities)
When interviewing NCS applicants, our school will arrange for interpretation &/or translation services for them as necessary.
We accept that non-Chinese speaking family can come with a relative who can communicate in Cantonese for the interview.
Admission result to be sent by mail before mid of December 2024.
Central Registration Date: January 2025.
For registration, one has to hand in a valid kindergarten registration certificate and registration fee.
Half-day Class: $970
Whole-day Class: $1,570
Parents must complete the registration
procedures on the specified date for the kindergarten to reserve a place for your children.
If you decide to transfer to another school after registration, you must notify our school in writing. The registration fees will not be refunded, the parents will need to take back their Registration Certificates for Admission and our school will no longer hold the reserved place.
The school bus service can be available for students in Shek Kip Mei, Sham Shui Po, Cheung Sha Wan and Kwai Chung.
Applicants on the waiting list: The school will send a letter to notify parents to register at the school on the designated date, please submit the original “2025/26 RC” with the registration fee on the same day.
The school will arrange interviews for all applicants.
